These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the programs, website, funnels, services, and related content (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Chance Catalyst, LLC DBA PamelaChance.AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, purchasing, or using AI Ignite, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Service.

1. Description of Service

PamelaChance.AI offers various services including but not limited to a Knowledge Monetization Offering and a done-for-you CRM and automation implementation service. As part of this offer, PamelaChance.AI may:

  • Provide a GoHighLevel (GHL) snapshot

  • Set up CRM pipelines, automations, funnels, and email systems

  • Create or configure a GHL sub-account for the client

  • Upload client-provided assets

  • Deliver onboarding instructions and implementation support

PamelaChance.AI offers services, not software products, and results may vary depending on client participation, responsiveness, and provided materials.

2. Client Responsibilities

By purchasing our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding

  • Submit required assets (logos, access, copy, credentials, etc.) in a timely manner

  • Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes

  • Maintain access to required third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, domain, email)

Delays caused by missing information or lack of access may affect delivery timelines.

3. Payments & Fees

  • All prices are listed on the checkout or proposal page.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

  • Full payment is required before implementation begins, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds are issued once work has started or access has been delivered

4. No Guarantees

While our services are designed to improve operational efficiency through artificial intelligence, automation, and CRM setup:

  • We do not guarantee specific financial results, leads, revenue, or conversions

  • Outcomes depend on your business model, offer, traffic, and execution

PamelaChance.AI provides tools and systems - not business guarantees.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, workflows, templates, snapshots, and content provided as part of AI Ignite remain the intellectual property of PamelaChance.AI unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use the delivered system for their own business only.

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the snapshot or materials

  • Claim authorship of proprietary systems

  • Repurpose the system for commercial resale

6. Third-Party Platforms & Tools

PamelaChance.AI relies on third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Payment processors

  • Email, calendar, and automation tools

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party services.

7. Communication & Email

By opting in or purchasing our service, you consent to receive:

  • Transactional emails

  • Service updates

  • Onboarding and educational communications

You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. Transactional emails related to your purchase may still be sent.

8. Cookies & Tracking

AI Ignite websites and funnels may use cookies or tracking technologies to:

  • Improve user experience

  • Analyze traffic and funnel performance

You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer. Disabling cookies may affect certain site functionalities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Pamela Chance, PamelaChance.AI nor Chance Catalsyt, LLC shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service purchased.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Abusive, fraudulent, or unethical behavior occurs

  • Required cooperation is not provided

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description:
This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Chance Catalyst, LLC through our website at https://aii.pamelachance.ai/ or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
